Hospitality from the whole staff. Particularly good and perfect location to a contemporary art museum. Variety of food in the hotel, in-house restaurant. Great choice for trip.

The room with a bath. It was nice to have coffee and a carpet. The location of the property was great and easy, to yarrow stadium...

The room was good sized with excellent views and bath, as example, booked it for US$ 126. Everything was simply really good.

Upgraded and overall clean hotel, stunning views of the mountain and the sea. Reasonably priced, top-class room, brilliantly helpful stuff with very good waiter and chef. Plenty of food at the great value and above average breakfast.

I ate at a top-notch restaurant with my meal at the Orangery Restaurant. The hotel had a fantastic location easy walk to Te Henui Vicarage. Took a walk around city center, located at a short distance from the property. Outdoor bar was good and well priced.

I had a wonderful stay at a hotel in New Plymouth. The customer service was exceptional, with Jenny at reception going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast spread was delicious. The highlight of my stay was definitely the outdoor pool, which was a refreshing and enjoyable way to spend my time. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic experience.

I enjoyed its marvellous and easy location!

Spotless and cheap room with comfy bed, natural lighting and correct towels, the staff was very welcoming, whenever I needed help. Location: the hotel was adjacent to New Plymouth for work as an entertainer at a conference there, and shops, restaurants and the like. I came across Mike's Bistro, it was around 10-15 minutes walk from the venue, offered nice shots. The pool was great and I had hot drinks in the outdoor bar. Got wake up calls free of charge, not bad too.

A lot of options, GOOD food. Easy check-in, late check-out. Easy parking close to hotel. Handy and unbeatable location, close to Te Henui Vicarage. Lovely restaurant within walking distance of the property.

The place was spotless and immaculately clean. Fast check-in, parking close to hotel. Outdoor bar and great pool. Location so close to restaurant, shops, and waterfront. In-house restaurant with excellent cuisine.

The standard studio I stayed in was updated and nicely tiled. It included a shower, hair dryers, and bath sheets. Its location was great, just a short walk from Port Taranaki Walkway. The area was so convenient, close to New Plymouth shops, walkways, parks, and many local activities.

The hotel was well priced and located centrally, which was a plus. We had a lovely time at this welcoming and relaxing hotel. The staff was friendly, professional, and hard-working, providing excellent service during our stay.
